Buyer representation

What I provide:

  • Setting up property search on MLS-Available homes are delivered to your computer, tablet or smartphone in real time as they are listed

  • Physically show and tour homes with you

  • Recommendation of services providers such as mortgage lenders, title companies, home inspectors, etc.

  • Review of all seller disclosures with you before submitting your offer to the seller

  • Drafting of Purchase Agreement, addendums and counter offers

  • Negotiations EXCLUSIVELY on your behalf and represents your best interests throughout transaction-*****NO DUAL AGENCY*****

  • Attendance at your home inspection along with you

  • Drafting and negotiating of any Purchase Agreement amendments after inspection(s) for issues you want resolved by seller

  • Preparing and submitting a closing file to professional real estate closer

  • Complete transaction management from signing of buyer representation agreement to closing table

  • Conducting final walk through of home with you prior to closing

  • Review of your closing settlement statement and attending the closing with you

If you are a home seller and are selling your property without hiring a real estate agent (for sale by owner) and have found an interested buyer, I can provide consulting services and technical support to insure your best interests are looked after in the transaction, I will make sure we have crossed all the “t’s” and dotted all the “i’s” to insure you make it to the closing on time.

If you are a buyer who has found a home that is “for sale by owner” and you are not represented by a real estate agent, I can provide consulting services and technical support to insure your best interests are looked after in the transaction. I will make sure we have crossed all the “t’s” and dotted all the “i’s” to insure you make it to the closing on time.

For Sale By Owner Consulting service is usually all handled via the internet and phone.
